Natural amethyst sceptre crystals from Zimbabwe, 3-6cm. A sceptre is a crystal that has grown in two stages, with a smaller crystal head sitting over an older shaft. The colour runs from a deep translucent purple at the point through lavender to clear and milky white toward the base, with internal striations and occasional grey or black inclusions. Natural, unpolished surface throughout.
