Assorted small rough Tigers Eye, sold per piece.

Tigers Eye is a quartz-family stone known for its silky, shifting chatoyant sheen, and blue Tigers Eye (often called hawk's eye) is the blue-grey variety of the same material. These pieces are raw and unpolished, hand-sorted between 20mm and 40mm, and are mostly blue, with many showing the classic brown-gold surface on top and dark blue-grey to near-black fibrous sides where the shimmer shows best.

Because they are natural, no two pieces are alike. Shape, exact size within the range and the balance of blue to brown will vary from the stone photographed, and the photo shows one representative piece.

Size: 20-40mm.

Great for tumbling, lapidary and wire-wrapping work, a small display specimen, or a pocket stone.
